We are active in the field of implementation of the physical layer functions of wireless communication system protocols, with a major focus on Software Radio technology. The main outcome of this activity results in STAR, a software package for real time digital signal processing.
We also offer training and consulting on advanced signal processing algorithms and on design and analysis of wired and wireless communication links at system level.

STAR (Software tool for Transmission and Reception) is a software package intended for real time digital signal processing. Its main purpose is to provide a development environment to be used in designing and producing Software Defined Radios (SDRs) based on general purpose computing platforms.
STAR also provides a complete and optimized set of processing blocks (a constantly evolving software library) to potentially build-up any software defined communication system.

The key company personnel have been educators with a combined 55 years experience in training and teaching both at the graduate and undergraduate levels at some of the leading Engineering schools in Europe and the United States. In addition, through direct involvement in many European and American research and development contracts, they have accumulated a wealth of practical experience.
